Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms are reserved for the participants by the Organizing Secretariat. Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis and will depend on availability.
Participants are kindly requested to book the room on www.isvd2008.com in registration form. Accommodation is valid only following receipt of payment. If you are unable to book a room on-line, please contact the Organizing Secretariat.
Early booking is therefore recommended.
Accommodation requests recived after 10 July 2008 cannot be guaranteed.
In case of cancellation of accommodation before 10 July 2008, no cancellation fee will be charged. After that date first night accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee.
